is a 1995 graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Miami and has over 20 year experience preparing gourmet meals in many fine dining establishments. Some of these establishments include Hollywood Prime at the Westin Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, Pine Tree Golf Course in Palm Beach, and over 6 years at the Tower Club, the most prestigious private dining club in Fort Lauderdale where he was the Executive Sous Chef. He went on to open S & J Catering, with his wife, Jacqueline, to pursue and share his God given talent and love for cooking. This passion and love comes shining through in every bite.
